The successful candidate should have: (1) a Ph.D. degree in microbiology, molecular biology, or a related field, (2) strong skills in molecular biology and genomics (experience in the genetic manipulation of yeast and a proficient understanding of next generation sequencing, analysis, and bioinformatics), (3) project management and scientific writing experience, and (4) excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
