Our lab is part of a larger team of scientists within the Department of Immunology dedicated to cutting edge T cell research focused on the epigenetic regulation of T cell effector and memory differentiation and applying basic science findings toward the advancement of immunotherapy. The successful candidate will work on multiple research projects by participating in experimental design, conducting experiments, troubleshooting results, data analysis, writing manuscripts, contributing to grants, and presenting their work at national and international conferences. Specific skillsets include tissue culture, flow cytometry, in vivo murine work, epigenetic profiling, single cell and next generation sequencing, processing patient samples and other basic molecular biology techniques. This individual will have opportunities to be involved in projects related to the epigenetic enhancement of human T cell-based cellular therapy approaches for clinical trials.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an interest in immunology and immunotherapy. Experience with flow cytometry, cell culture, and murine work is preferred. Excellent communication, organization skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential for this position.

Minimum Education
PhD in Microbiology/Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field is required.
