As a Patient Care Assistant in Bone Marrow Transplant, you’ll have the opportunity to serve on the frontlines of groundbreaking new research. You’ll work to support our RNs as they facilitate the high-stakes treatment, assisting through daily administrative and clerical tasks, patient care duties, admission, and discharge.

Night shift
3 days a week 12 hours a day
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- High school diploma/GED
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant/Medical Assistant program required or completion of foundations of nursing from an accredited nursing program
- BLS preferred
Minimum Experience:
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience should include TPR (Temperature, Pulse, Respiratory), BP (Blood Pressure), bed bath and ADL (Activities of daily living)
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.50 - $28.50 per hour for the role of Patient Care Associate: BMT nights.Explore our exceptional benefits!
