As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Assessment Triage for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, you’ll be joining a collaborative team of RNs and LPNs who work on the frontlines of patient care. Since our Ambulatory Care Units (ACU) serves patients from across all of our units, you’ll have the opportunity to touch the lives of hundreds of patients a week, serving as the first set of medical eyes to welcome, assess and prepare patients for the care they’ll receive.

Monday through Friday day shift, holiday requirement, minimal rotating weekend requirement. 40 hours/week
Minimum Education and/or Training:
- Must be a graduate of a school of nursing.
Minimum Experience:
- Experience in pediatric or oncology nursing preferred but not required.
- Two (2) years of related experience is required for Ambulatory Care Unit department.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification Required by Law:
- (LC: LPN-TN) Must possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing LPN license if primary residence is Tennessee or a non-Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- (LC: LPN-ARK or LPN-MISS) Must possess a current State Board of Nursing LPN license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $21.00 - $35.50 per hour for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse.Explore our exceptional benefits!
