Our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) team is seeking a detail-oriented, technology-focused Senior HR Service Delivery Specialist. This position will maintain and optimize HR processes using ServiceNow workflows, service catalogs, dashboards, and case management with a focus on improving operational efficiency and the employee experience. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into operational solutions, and drive continuous process improvement. Additionally, the role will manage reporting and analytics to track overall HR service performance and effectiveness. The specialist will provide guidance, training, and support to HR internal teams, ensuring the seamless integration of case management within HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with proven experience in a ticketing system, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in multiple HR systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting and verifying relevant employee lifecycle information (i.e., personal data, contract/employment terms, benefits and compensation details).
Coordinate and track HR programs, policies, and processes; Assist in identifying areas for process improvements as well as solutions for non-standard, sub-process activities.
Coordinate and respond to queries related to HR matters (e.g., manager service, contingent workers, onboarding and other HR Core tasks and business processes).
Assist in the maintenance of HRIS systems (e.g., quality assurance, daily maintenance, design and architecture).
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR and employment law.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Minimum Education:
High school diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of experience in any HR-related area.
Experience Exception: Bachelor's degree required with some experience in an HR-related area preferred.
Working knowledge/familiarity with HRIS systems, HR laws, and state & local laws as applicable, preferred.
Some experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), is preferred.
Proven performance in earlier role.
Experience in ServiceNow is strongly preferred.
Case management experience is strongly preferred.
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $26.00 - $45.50 per hour for the role of Sr HR Service Delivery Specialist-ServiceNow.Explore our exceptional benefits!
