The Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital invites applications for an open rank position within the Division of Pharmaceutical Services in the area of clinical pharmaceutics and formulation sciences. The faculty member will be part of an emerging program in Formulation Sciences which aims to develop and discover pediatric-suitable dosage forms for clinical care and research. The ideal candidate will have both an independent and collaborative research program, creating new physico-chemical stability and compatibility data for commonly used and novel, investigational treatments.
The mission of the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is to generate new knowledge to advance pharmacotherapy and provide the best patient care for children with catastrophic diseases. We are particularly interested in clinical and translational scientists with the aspiration to develop and engage in innovative collaborative and independent research programs in these areas.

Successful candidates are expected to establish and maintain vigorous, extramurally-funded, independent research programs.

Successful candidates should have a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology or a related discipline or clinical doctorate (PharmD, MD) and appropriate post-doctoral training.
