The Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cellular Therapy clinical program at St. Jude is a high-volume transplant and cellular therapy service that serves a diverse pediatric, adolescent and young adult patient population. We conduct approximately 100 transplants per year, consisting of both autologous and allogeneic donors, for a variety of malignant and non-malignant disease indications. BMTCT also provides a cellular therapy program, which includes the use of viral specific T-cells (VSTs), chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) engineered T-cells and gene therapy products.

Faculty in the St. Jude BMTCT program have been pioneers in the field for over 30 years. Our department consists of extremely active research and clinical programs, both of which provide trainees with exposure to standard and cutting-edge approaches in the field. You will treat a high volume of patients in inpatient and outpatient settings as part of a multidisciplinary environment. You will also be part of a cohort of clinical fellows across numerous pediatric sub-specialties, including: hematology/oncology, pharmaceutical, psychosocial and infectious diseases.
