Communications Strategy Specialist

At St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Communications Strategy Specialist will develop partnerships and serve as a liaison to understand project goals and communicate with all team members. In this role, the Communications Strategy Specialist will learn and forecast partner needs, manage projects end-to-end, maintain communication with the department, focus on customer service, and handle all issues related to projects. The ideal candidate will understand industry trends, develop analyses, evaluate key performance indicators and create risk mitigation plans while maintaining schedules and deliverables, organizes resources, and manage logistics.





  • Drive development and implementation of integrated communication projects
  • Communicate with assigned internal clients to ensure that their needs are understood and addressed
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all requests 
  • Manage and track all processes that pertain to requests
  • Build, cultivate and enhance relationships with clients and key strategic partners to manage current and new projects
  • Resolve complaints and issues regarding projects
  • Act as the representative to ensure their needs are met and improving customer service
  • Collect and analyze data to better understand changing needs
  • Five (5) years of progressive experience is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required
